1. Governing agreement
Freemius’s End User License Agreement for Whop Payment Gateway for WooCommerce is the agreement accepted at checkout and governs the purchase. Freemius is the reseller and merchant of record for the licence transaction; Woo-Whop provides the plugin and product support.
Read the current official EULA, Refund Policy, and Subscription Policy on Freemius before purchasing. If there is any difference between this convenience page and the official agreement, the Freemius agreement controls.
2. Refund policy
If, during the first seven (7) days following the purchase date, a defect makes the plugin’s material functions unusable and cannot be resolved after your cooperation with support, the EULA provides for a full refund of the purchase price or replacement, non-defective software. Missing features and conflicts or incompatibilities with third-party software or services are not covered.
Upgrades (including additional activations), plan or billing-cycle changes, and new additional licences do not create a new refund right. Renewal payments are not refundable. The official Freemius refund policy contains the full terms and controls eligibility.
3. Subscriptions & renewals
Monthly and yearly licences renew automatically unless cancelled before their renewal date. A lifetime licence is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. You can manage an active subscription from My account.
The checkout amount, billing period, renewal date, and any renewal reminders displayed or sent by Freemius are the authoritative purchase details.
For failed subscription renewals, Freemius may retry payment under its recovery process. If a subscription is cancelled or expires, paid plugin features may be disabled as described in the official subscription policy.
4. Licence, product use & support
Your purchase grants the licence described in the selected checkout plan, subject to the EULA’s use restrictions and site limits. The complete licence, ownership, warranty disclaimer, liability, and termination provisions are contained in the Freemius EULA.

5. Privacy and checkout information
Freemius handles checkout, billing, licensing, and customer-account information under the Freemius Privacy Policy. Our separate Woo-Whop Privacy Policy explains information processed by this website, including support requests, chat, analytics, and reCAPTCHA.

For a product-support or refund request, email [email protected] using the email address connected to your purchase. Do not send a licence key, API key, webhook secret, or payment details in an ordinary support message.
