Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, installing, or using the Whop Payment Gateway for WooCommerce plugin (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.
2. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software on one (1) active WordPress website per purchased license. All intellectual property rights in the Software remain owned by the developers. The license is granted subject to your compliance with these terms and timely payment of any subscription fees.
3. Subscription Plans, Billing & Termination
If you purchase a subscription plan (Monthly or Yearly), you will be billed automatically in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Freemius billing panel. Cancelled subscriptions will continue to receive updates and support until the end of the current billing cycle, after which updates and support will be suspended.
4. No Refunds Policy (All Sales Final)
Due to the digital nature of our downloadable software, which is immediately accessible and functional upon purchase, all sales are final. Except as explicitly provided under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason (including but not limited to subjective dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to read system requirements).
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only if the Software fails to perform its core functions on your server and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving a detailed support ticket. To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must provide XAMPP/Apache error logs, sandbox testing logs, or temporary administrator access to verify the conflict.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party plugins, themes, or hosting configurations. You are solely responsible for backing up your website database and files before installing the Software.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we or our affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of sales revenue, service interruptions, or database corruption) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Software license.
7. Governing Law
These terms and your use of the Software shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
